When do we feel happy?

When our soul is calm, joyful, we understand our desires and know how to achieve them.

When do we feel unhappy?

When we feel anxious, apathetic, in conflict with others and ourselves, lost on the path.

I am ready to help you return to yourself and improve your life!

About me

In my work, I successfully combine Jungian and psychodynamic approaches. This allows not only to reconstruct the past and see the causes of problems, but also to deepen the understanding of one's resources, purpose, and self-knowledge.

Analytically oriented psychologist

500 hours of personal therapy

Personal therapy is a mandatory and extremely important part of the development of any psychologist, which, in addition to knowing and solving their internal processes and problems, further ensures ecological work with clients and protects them from unprofessional help and retraumatization. It is impossible to take a client further than he has gone himself. It is impossible to give what he does not have himself.

13 years of practice

My professional path began with working with children and adolescents. In 2012-2014, in parallel with private practice, I led my own program of group children's therapy “Fairy Tales in the Sand” at the Jewish Cultural Center on V.Mykytskaya named after Ralph Goldman, Moscow. In 2014, I moved to Kyiv and began to actively work with adult clients in person and online. Since 2018, I have been working with couples.

More than 800 paired sessions

Working with adult clients, I increasingly encountered requests related to personal relationships. I have completed advanced training courses in couples therapy, as well as work with sexual disharmony, and since 2019 I have been a certified couples therapist.

More than 10 years of living abroad

In Europe and Asia - an experience that helped me steadily go through all the stages of adaptation to a new life and a new mentality, revise my views, learn to be more flexible and tolerant, accept the rules of the game of a new society, while preserving my values and my unique personality. In recent years, I have been working a lot with clients who were forced to leave their country and home due to war, lost loved ones, jobs, a comfortable life, and even their identity, and have developed a syndrome of delayed life and survivor's guilt.

13 years of supervised work

I work in interventional and supervisory groups, which is an integral part of developing and maintaining the professional level of a psychologist.
Jungian school

The Jungian approach attracted my attention with its psychoanalytic foundation and deep emphasis on the knowledge of the individual and collective unconscious with its "archetypes" - universal images of culture. Coming into this world, we inherit them, as we are influenced by language, religion, history, customs, national characteristics and universal human behavior patterns, which are reflected in famous myths. Which I find interesting.

2 professional diplomas and 20 certificates of advanced training
Master degree

After completing my master's program in general psychology at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, I chose to move on.
